I just have to point out that this dog mask thing Jonathan got is pretty much amazing. Almost as amazing is Baby Love; when I saw them on Wednesday, my baby kept playing Britney Spears and the Doors. I guess those are mash-ups ? I don't know anything about those, except I started hearing about them early on last year, and last year was the year I took a mental hiatus. I explained that to Jonathan (who from her on shall be known as J.Koch cos it's faster to type and yeah, I sometimes do call him that) because he didn't understand why I didn't have cable/watch TV last year. I didn't, except for the occasional program at Burton and Lora's. It was a good year.

J.Koch is going away to school in a few weeks (don't really know when, or if he's going at all) which means I will need to find a real job. Lately I've just been hanging out with him all day, making sure he gets to appointments and that he's well-entertained. And somewhat educated as well; for two days we've been playing Scrabble like we're on speed, and he's done a good deal of photography stuff too. I used the water faucet analogy for the aperture and he told me, "You didn't need to explain it like that, I got it the first time". Well. Fine, child.

Camping this weekend. I will probably be too stressed out to enjoy it. I need to pay for school, buy a new lens or two, and go to Europe. Now.
